"Solid stay. Out bathroom was upgraded and awesome. Good water/coffee options. Amazing view. Comfortable bed. Nothing fancy, no frills, but totally a solid stay, especially for the price, and the location was fantastic! Perfect quick in/out for a concert around the corner. "

"Great location. Very clean. Staff was helpful and very attentive. Our room was spacious and clean. Loved the in house food options. All the food we had there was amazing. Bar and bartender was awesome. Chris makes the BEST drinks. Pool area and gym on the top floor had spectacular views of the city and was also well maintained and clean. We will be back!"

"It's a good hotel - but it can be very crowded. Expect long lines/waits for the elevator and breakfast. We were there end of March / beginning of April and the pool was so crowded we could not use it."

"Family of four, girls are 9 and 14. We go to different great wolf lodges. This one wasnt bad, two attractions were closed temporarily due to kids puking. Be present with your kids, go on the water slides, tube the lazy river, get smoked by big waves in the wave pool. Sad seeing all the parents on their phone then we are dealing with the kids behavior with no parent around. No hot tub here unfortunately. Best GWL hot tub is in Traverse City, MI. HUGE adult hot tub and even a decent size family one. Smaller park in TC overall but dig the tubs after freezing in the park."

"Embassy suites is usually one of my go to hotels. However this one needs some refresh especially for the beds which were lumpy, had a sink hyarea and overall none supportive. Additionally the phone didn't work to call front desk or room service etc...we were just there for 1 night and this was discovered late . Lastly would prefer in room dining options that had more than pasta or salad options. A basic burger or chicken strips were lacking.... traveling with dairy allergy really limits pizza options."
