"This was our 3rd year staying at the Doubletree in Bakersfield during our Christmas holiday. This is beautiful hotel that is well maintained. It’s a convenient location right off the highway, close to many good restaurants. The rooms are large, clean and have all the modern amenities you would expect from a first class hotel. The bath had a powerful shower head, with great water flow. Most importantly, the room rates are reasonable. We highly recommend this hotel."
