Stopped for the night and extremely happy with everything about this hotel. Check in was seamless, from the lobby to the room, everything was clean and fresh. I have to say the best part, being a pet friendly hotel, were the biscuits at the check-in desk.

We were greeted by Jordan and another woman. Both were concerned about our bicycles attached to our truck; because of the neighborhood. They said we could take them to our room or leave them in the hotel area. Which we did and they helped my fiance bring them in while I took our luggage upstairs to our room. Very nice room; and the free breakfast was great! .

I would like to say a big thank you to the housekeeping staff member who cleaned our room this morning and found my son’s blue and white reading pen. I also really appreciate the lady at the front desk who was on duty tonight for helping us keep it safely in the Lost and found. We truly appreciate it!

Very well-maintained grounds and lobby. Staff were helpful and courteous-attended to our needs. The problem was the room's maintenance and cleanliness. We booked a one-bedroom suite and found clothes tags all over the seating area. The microwave has cigarette butt on top of it. The room smelled musty and smoky. This room is published as non-smoking. The toilet is not stable and fixed on the floor.

The amazing staff helped us through a stay that had to be extended multiple times due to a family emergency. They were all friendly and attentive and made our stay as pleasant as possible under the circumstances. Shout out to the kitchen staff too. They did an amazing job every morning with breakfast. They kept everything clean and stocked even when the dining area was packed full of people who came in on tour busses. We would totally stay here again!

I love La Quinta Bakersfield, it was very clean the location was great close to restaurants and Starbucks. I also feel that the parking was safe. Room was huge bed was comfortable. They also have indoor pool that my son loved!The hotel is well maintained and clean. The staff are friendly and very welcoming,I will surely comeback!
