"I liked having a private thermal pool. I had never had that before, so that was a nice touch. The room was clean, and it was nice having clean towels and the rubbish being cleared each day. As a personal experience, the Wi-Fi was spotty, but I could at least use my laptop if my phone wasn't connecting. Other than that, it was a good experience."

"With quest our preferred option, we found it to be a bit sub par in terms of other quest hotels we’ve stayed at. Reception unmanned on check in with a phone number to ring, likewise on checkout, reception unmanned, room looked a little dated, bathroom looked like it belonged in the 90s"
