Everything was great ( room a bit dated but functional) except for the hours of the spa in the private rooms. Couldnt have a morning spa or a spa before getting busy. Its between 330pm till 930pm otherwise its empty. I appreciate the fresh new water though after emptying.Couldnt have a spa after coming back from dinner, had to plan earlier. Theres a draining pipe in the middle and its just constantly loud from water rushing in. Its not very relaxing. Its a shame becuase theres so much potential.

The room decor is very old but the worst part was I booked for a queen bed and it was a queen bed base with a double mattress, so my husband didn’t fit and it was a terrible sleep. We couldn’t use the thermal pool in the morning as they only run from 3pm -9.30pm so it was cold. Very disappointed.

I liked having a private thermal pool. I had never had that before, so that was a nice touch. The room was clean, and it was nice having clean towels and the rubbish being cleared each day. As a personal experience, the Wi-Fi was spotty, but I could at least use my laptop if my phone wasn't connecting. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Lovely hosts and super clean! Yes, it's an older motel, but it was so clean and serviced daily. Really easy to find and access from a busy road, had convenient parking outside the room, and it was surprisingly quiet considering its location! Felt really safe as a woman staying on my own and the private thermal pool was a lovely treat too. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

None of toilet door has lock and toilet slide door does not close properly unsafe to use. Room back door was not lockable. Did not fell safe to sleep in that room. Poor quality of mattress. Hot pool water was sticky and stinky. We paid $350 for the room and felt ripped off.
