"I was in love with this hotel the first time and subsequently stayed 2 more times for a total of 4 nights. My first room was a corner Japanese style room with lake view. I haven’t seen a more fully staffed hotel, it even has 2 parking staff directing traffic for 30 lots. The hotel has facilities like onsen, laundry, and a convenience store. My favorite is the amenities counter which is practically a buffet with things that I’ve never seen before at hotels, including cool wipes, salt tablets, shoe fresheners and toe pads. Only gripe is it is not near the station so it’s a 10 minute bus ride and 5 min walk. "

"This property may need updated decorating but it's literally across the street from the Yonago rail station and on the cusp of a lot of walkable shopping. I enjoyed it so much during my first trip that I'm staying again. My single room (double bed) is very comfy for a solo shopaholic and would be good for a couple with a child. There's a nice amount of floor space, much more than other hotels in the area and even more than the hotel's photos suggest; you can literally use the area at the foot of the bed to stash purchases or suitcases, make a play area, etc. For both visits, I've managed to get rooms facing the train station, and the sunrises have been gorgeous. You don't need to face Daisen directly, the hills and far-off mountains are a dramatic frame. Before you decide on lodgings for yourself or your little family, see if a few extra dollars per night are in your budget for this property. I highly recommend it compared to the other budget hotels!"

"Nice, average hotel by the standards of our trip to Japan (as in the room was small by American standards but average by Japanese standards). Close to the train station, restaurants, etc. Check-in was easy, staff were helpful in holding on to our baggage since we arrived early. Pretty expansive Japanese breakfast in the morning."

"For only one night, the staff here were friendly and accommodating. They made check in’s and check out’s easy and quick. The room was in a good location next to the elevator and the walk to the train station was in short time. The view was also amazing as well, would come back here again for my stay in Matsue"

"Located very close to the station, making this a convenient stop for travelers moving via train. Hotel is advertised as free on-site parking (which is why I chose it), but the parking area is EXTREMELY limited. I arrived to find it full so had to pay for off-site parking, though there are plenty of options nearby. Front desk hours are also limited, so you do want to make sure you are not arriving too late. Otherwise, very comparable to other business hotels I have stayed at in Japan. Staff was friendly and the room was actually a little larger than average."
