"Ice only on one floor. Elevators can take a minute at times. Valet sometimes blocking the exit without caring. No microwave in room. But, overall, a great hotel just some minor luxuries missing."

"This was not at all what we were expecting, especially for the price. upon check in, the staff wasn't very welcoming at all. They also didn't mention that you needed to scan your card in order to manage the elevators. We checked into our room and the fan wasn't working, the fridge was broke, and it was almost 80 degree's in our room. We go down and all that's offered is for them to send someone up to fix it. I then go down again to ask them to please move our rooms or give us a refund. They did upgrade our room, but you could tell they were annoyed by this. I will never stay here again. "

"Check in process was a little confusing. What would help is a note by Hotels.com or Kasa to pre-check in so that we can get the correct (Kasa) confirmation code not the one provided by Hotels.com. Plus directions to the hotel floors etc. There are no laundry facilities but everything else was good. Staff contact via text was new but efficient. They responded within minutes. Always polite. Will stay there again or at another Kasa facility. One more suggestion. Can they use there own device to upload license/ID plus facial recognition...it possible. "

"We come to Dallas a few times a year and this was our first time staying at the Fairmont. We stayed in a good room which included access to the gold lounge. The entire hotel was very nice and the staff were all wonderful. This will be our downtown Dallas hotel going forward "

"Pool looked great, but it was too cold outside to go into the pool. Breakfast options were great. Live music at night was great. Bartenders were very attentive and fun. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from my room was awesome."
