"Great stay. Will stay again"

"Pool looked great, but it was too cold outside to go into the pool. Breakfast options were great. Live music at night was great. Bartenders were very attentive and fun. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from my room was awesome."

"I hate to say this but I hated everything about it. The people were ok. I checked in the hotel and just left. I walked in the room , used the restroom and left. I’m actually trying to see how to get a refund."

"First of all, top notch hotel. We really enjoyed the stay. The room was large and spacious (suite with king bed), the bathroom had a shower and toilet that could be closed off with a door and still allow someone to be at the sink and vanity. The staff were friendly, wanting to conversate and engaging. The breakfast was great with a variety of offerings. The only concern is on the Hotels.com side, the website stated the pet fee was $50 and in reality it was $75 per pet. I reached out to the Hotels.com customer support and it is "being escalated". All of the language was general and vague, if there is a resolution, they may reach out to you, by either text, email or phone call after 24 to 72 hours. I am waiting to see what will happen as it is a weekend and still under the time frame "

"Girl checking us in didn't seem to know what she was doing so very slow. Once in our room, the AC wasn't working and called the front desk. Instead of just moving us, they sent maintenance and they had to replace the whole unit as we sat in our room."

"Parking ok. A/C ok. Key cards stop working and have to go to office for reset. Locks on doors didn’t work. Housekeeping didn’t come the next day. When they did they forgot to replace towels. Floors filthy. People smoking cigarettes and weed right outside the doors everyday. Dirty stairwells. Wont come back."
