"The listing doesn’t make it clear but this is a private room in a shared apartment with shared bathroom facility. It wasn’t a problem for me but it was a surprise, especially at this price. You also aren’t told that check-in is in a separate building (in this case down the street).
My room only had a small window opening onto the stairwell by the front door so it wasn’t always quiet. The apartment is on the third floor with an elevator featuring a sign saying don’t panic, elevator is slow.

"Disappointing
Cons- musty mildewy smell throughout the apt. There’s a dehumidifier in the apt and it helps some, but we had to empty it at least once a day. We stayed for 9 days and only received 2 bath towels. The couch has stains on it- (I suggest a new couch or at least a couch cover). The shower tile looks as if it’s not been cleaned. In desperate need of bleaching.
