"We couldn’t have picked a better place for our family vacation. We were in Villa 16 and it was absolutely stunning. The property was clean and comfortable, the view was impressive, the pool was amazing, the kitchen was large and we loved cooking as a group big family meals. "Overall our stay went well, but our check-in was a mess. This reservation was prepaid (like dozens of others we’ve made with Expedia). For some reason the front desk agent gave us the hotel’s Expedia receipt he had created which showed the room a total of $63 USD cheaper. We should NEVER have been provided that information.
