"I am so glad that my friend and I stayed here during our stay in Vienna. Check in was a breeze, especially with their online process before hand! Definitely take advantage of it. The coffee machine in the lobby that is available for a big chunk of the day was lovely. The room was spacious and clean and very modern! All of the kitchen amenities were awesome! The staff was beyond helpful and kind, especially when I realized I hadn’t booked my stay long enough and needed an extra night. The area around the hotel was nice, lots of restaurants (highly recommend The Nice Guys and Coffee and Friends) and grocery and a quick 10 minute walk to a U line and 5 minute walk to a bus station. Would stay here again in a heart beat! "
"The most amazing stay ever! It was ideally located close to the opera house, with most travel options right at the doorstep, and the majority of attractions within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were smooth and professional. The service was outstanding. Our room was attractive and spacious, with very comfortable bed and spotless clean. There was a great selection for breakfast, but unfortunately, we didn’t try the restaurant, so we cannot comment on this. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit."
"Am Konzerthaus hotel, is located very close to the shopping district. The hotel upgraded us and everything in the mini bar was on the house. They also refill items in the mini bar. Mini bar had much food and drinks; including beers. Thank you!
