Wonderful property. Excellent staff! We enjoyed the location as well as the afternoon coffee, snacks, and tea. The lounge was also excellent! Highly recommend!

Elegant, quiet place. Classical musics in the lobby and during breakfast. Interesting that AI was recommended me this hotel on my request to avoid trashy modern ‘music’. Unfortunately so many that used to be nice hotels including Marriott’s after Bill Marriott departure have this trash now.

Opera Trip

Great location for the Opera and City Centre. All of the staff were really great and spoke excellent English. Really nice Bar area with long table to encourage you to sit with other guests

Wonderful hotel...5+ stars

This is an awesome hotel. Five stars plus. Service excellent. Old world charm. Lovely touches like bathrobes, heated towel racks, bottled water, candy on arrival. The bar is beautiful. And best of all, on Sunday there was a free concert in the mezzanine lounge with a glass of champagne at intermission. Excellent location, walking distance to many places and steps away from the Naschmarkt with it's many restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

I think the story of the property was a lot nicer than the property itself - I loved the folder in the room with story of each floor and the themes. However found the room to be average - was small, with a bathroom that had water stains and a shower which was difficult to adjust - would have been ok if it wasn’t so expensive. Didn’t feel it was value for money. The lounge/breakfast area is beautiful, it’s the best part of the hotel. Breakfast was also good. Location is unbeatable - in the heart of the city on a quiet street.

I was with my 89 year old mother and 3 children. We were able to walk to dinner, shopping, museums and music venues. The hotel has an elevator so it was easy for my mother. You could help yourself to tea and coffee anytime. My mother was very happy that the have good toilet paper! Some of the rooms have a bidet too. The breakfast is great, sweet and savory options. Eggs and porridge cooked fresh whe you order. Meats, smoked fish and cheese. Cereals toast, bread and pastries. Tea, coffee and juice. Gluten free options and lactose free options too. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. They all appeared to be happy to see you and to be working there. The bar tender, Ferdinand, stood out. He always greet us with a great smile, was chatty and makes amazing coctails! I would absolutely recommend the Beethoven .
