Booked a room for 2 persons, with breakfast buffet included, but when we had to eat breakfast it was only for one person, never said that on the reciept from Expedia. The staff were professional and customer service was great for the most part. The room looked just like the pictures and it was very comfortable. The meals also were very well made. Overall, i had an enjoyable experience.

This is based on observations at the time of TRYING to check in. You see, they had given our rooms away! This we did not stay there the first night. We had to find another place to stay after a long and exhausting trip. Fortunately a place closer to the airport was available.

Alim Royal Hotel and Suites
Staff were rude and miserable. Room was outdated..poor air conditioning and water pipes that were extremely loud at night preventing sleep. Generator at hotel was very noisy affecting the bar area. Strong smell of cannabis throughout the hotel.
