"Property itself deserved 4 stars, but unfortunately the service brings the rating down. This is a nice property overall, the beds were comfy, overall cleaned, but some stains around the bottom of the tub that needed some attentions. The service was subpar and brought the overall experience down. Before my family headed to the indoor pool, we asked the front desk if we needed to bring the towels. "Breakfast Every Morning was Great , My Room was great nice and clean , BUT The Pool was in Poor Condition Filter wasn’t working and pool was dirty I saw a guest grab the net to remove all the bugs a particles that were in the pool , also my Husband used the net to remove hair and eye lashes out of the pool. "

"An average stay at an average place. No complaints though the room has a slightly funky smell. The front desk person seems to do alot so she wasn't there when I walked in, but she was very friendly and efficient. I did get an upgrade and I was the end of hall so nobody on one side of me, so it was nice and quiet even being a holiday weekend.
