"Horrible disgusting property. False Check-in time (site says 2pm but was informed 3pm). Messed up my reservation so had a different room that was smaller. Staff blamed Expedia, but that’s very hard to believe especially since Expedia has been top notch with my reservation requests with no issues. Toilet had no toilet seat, shower had exposed electrical wire and felt absolutely disgusting and dirty. Super hot and humid with weak AC. Extra bed is just a very thin mattress on the floor. "My family and I had a one night stay at Casa Belina and the staff, especially Jane, treat you so well. We started our stay with a complementary van transfer from Puerto Princesa airport to the hotel and were welcomed by Jane when we arrived. This property is extremely clean and the staff do well to make you feel at home. Jane was also very helpful in booking us a city tour as well as arranging transportation for the next part of our trip. If we ever go back to Puerto Princesa, we will definitely book at Casa Belina again."
