Nosso reservado mais parecia um flat, tendo quarto/suíte, além de um lavabo com chuveiro (!!!); assim, eram 2 banheiros ao todo. No ambiente principal havia fogão, geladeira grande, microondas, sofá-cama, mesa grande, pufs. Nem usei, mas havia 2 tevês (sala e suíte). Enfim, acredito que o preço esteja muito aquém neste início, pois pagamos preço de um apto normal na região. Aparentemente, ainda estão funcionando...

"Definitivamente nós recomendamos esse hotel. Ele fica super bem localizado, próximo de vários pontos turísticos de BH. Além disso os funcionários são super atenciosos e prestativos. Todos sempre com um sorriso no rosto. O quarto é bem completo e a limpeza também é excelente. Quanto a refeição , o café da manhã é super completo, com uma imensa variedade de produtos. "I love this place; I have booked this hotel many times. The only thing is that they need to upgrade the bathroom shower. Every time after I showered, there was water all over the bathroom. It needs to be fixed. "
"Most of the staff were helpful and professional, especially the staff in the restaurant who were friendly. However the first time I checked in the man was very unhelpful and told me there was no booking in my name and tried to sell me a room. I was upset and then he said 'I need your passport'. I told him again I had booked and paid for a room and he seemed to nod and I gave my passport. He had found my booking but didn't tell me or apologise and there was no welcome. The second time I checked in, the woman has welcoming, friendly and professional. She also spoke excellent English. "
