"The staff were very friendly, the room was exceptional, clean, modern and quiet. The whole location was amazing and I would definitely recommend it to everyone! Wonderful experience!"

"Thursday afternoon arrival in May, we found the main pool outside to be only lukewarm with very little heat or water pressure coming through the outflow areas. There was no steam coming off the water despite the evening being cool and overcast so the lukewarm water didn't warm us enough and we only stayed a short while in the water. The next morning the pool was wonderfully warm with steam coming off the water and we enjoyed it much more. Is the heat regulated differently depending on time of day or day of the week?"

"Letting non electric cars park in the underground charging stations , not cool."

"I had a pick up truck. It didn’t fit in the underground parking. But there was street parking."

"We were staying in Room 27, and there were rats in the room. Since rats can carry and spread viruses, we were very scared and concerned for our safety. We noticed the rats around 1:00 AM, which made the situation even more stressful and uncomfortable."
