"Hotel Universal it is a affordable hotel close to city center. Room was good and clean. It has not ramp for disabled persons, a few stairs to get in .Staff a bit unfriendly. But at the end of the day was good."

"Very nice staff, modern hotel. Not far from the historic centre so a taxi can of 7€ is required. It is a safe location and quiet. Pool and breakfast were A1. Gym was acceptable but needing some upgrades to meet the needs of Pilates/weights and yoga aficionados."
