Wonderful location, walkable, 10 min from train station easy access through park, quiet, safe. Room was impressive, 2 bathrooms one with bathtub, kettle, lovely sitting area in room. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, plenty of options. Would recommend more coffee machines, always a line up!!! Would stay here again!!!!

Room was comfortable and clean enough but the lifts were awful, staying on the 9th floor, 16 floors total, you couldn't not use the loft. Only 2 of 4 running when I visited, a colleague was stuck in a loft for 1 hour. Very old and slow, regular long wait times. For this reason, I wouldn't stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in Aalborg at Comwell Hvide Hus. The facilities were nice, clean and staff was helpful. The location was perfect. Easy access to major roads and within walking distance of the central area. Nice park nearby. Parking was convenient by front door or underground. Loved the view from our 14th floor room!

We really enjoyed being at this hotel. Everything was clean, staff helpful and excellent breakfast buffet. Parking was easy either in the lot in front, or underground. Easy walking to a nice park, city center area, and train station. We could have done more walking, less driving. Loved our view from our room's window!

Staff were not rude yet not kind, at all. Hotel is very old and needs renovation. The bathroom was poorly designed.Hotel management was unaware of the problems and not involved. When need a solution no interlocutor.

I disliked this hotel immediately from check in with the rather snobby front desk agent, and then I get to my room and find that -surprise- no air conditioning! Nowhere in any of the write ups in Expedia or on the hotels website does it say "no air conditioning", and being a part of Wyndham hotels you would think It would have all the mod-cons. My room stank of either new paint or new carpet which left me with a headache and the hallway had no carpet so you could hear every footstep out there. To top it off there was no water for several hours one day AND for all of this, they have the audacity to charge you $23 per day to park IN THEIR OWN PARKING LOT IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING. I would never stay here again.
