"Hotel was not very clean. Carpet was filthy near the elevators and there were smudges throughout the hotel (doors, elevators, etc.). Bathroom ceiling was peeling and the cheap toilet didn't flush very well. Beds were too short (funky headboards eating up bed space). Gym was pretty limited. The only bench was very loose and in need of repair. Floors were dirty. No towels. Firepit was nice, but it had tons of cigarette butts in it - gross. Great location and parking was nice, but I wouldn't recommend it, especially at the price we paid. "

"Room with king bed- clean , not spacious, no work space. Shower big and nice, no bathroom counter. Coffee in room, with no near by plug. Cord only 3 inches. Rooms are located near busy intersection- very loud throughout the night (week day). Basic check in , no staff over night. No other guests there when we arrived early -charged us 10$ for early check in. Water faucet periodically drained all evening/over night. AC worked but very loud when it would start back up. Overall would not stay here again. Better amenities elsewhere for same price. "

"Ideal location on Tempe town lake. Great amenities like gym and pool. Safe and secure parking garage. Full size kitchen with island bar. Nice patio for a morning coffee."
