"At first, had a room in which AC wasn’t working properly. Got upgraded to a room with a beautiful view of the river. All staff were lovely and helpful. Ate at the Waterview restaurant one night. Took a long time to get food but it was delicious and reasonably priced. Snack cafe was great to have too. We were in town for a concert and stayed for three nights. Would definitely stay here again. "
