"Mu wife and I arrived at the property at 12:00 pm to check in. We were told by the clerk that he could not take any information for check in until 2:00 pm. We came back to the hotel at 2:00 as directed. We were told that the room was not cleaned yet and we would have to wait, again no check in was done, and we would have to wait until 3:00 pm. We waited in the lobby until 3. The clerk them proceeded to check in 5 guests ahead of us until he ended shift at which time, a female clerk took over the front counter. I made contact with the female clerk who eventually checked us in at approximately 3:30-3:45. The hot tub was empty of water and out of order for the duration of our stay. The pool was approximately 50° and completely unuseable. "

"The apartment was well appointed clean and inviting. The hose had a clear check-in process and helpful guide. The location was within walking distance of numerous restaurants and museums making for a wonderful stay!"
