The air conditioning in our room did not work and it was 80 degrees in there. It took the staff a while to find us a new room, but they did upgrade to a larger room, which was the proper response for our inconvenience and was appreciated. Even the hallways on the upper floors were hot. Those were our only complaints. Other than that we were satisfied."
