"We loved this hotel! Perfect location, amazing amenities and the staff was over the top helpful, accommodating and friendly. The sunset excursions they recommended was excellent! The Spa experience was truly wonderful. It has a large pool with many sunbathing beds and lunge chairs. The hotel room a perfect size and the bed was super comfortable. "Maria is the absolute best person to have wait on you during mealtime. She is friendly, helpful, and remembered our breakfast drink orders every morning. She is an absolute gem at the hotel along with all of the other staff. Everyone was extremely kind and willing to help with anything we needed. The PHOS restaurant was absolutely delicious, but I think the staff are what made the trip effortless and enjoyable for us. Thank you!"

"Property was nice. Staff was lovely. The only downside was the unavailability of ac in the rooms. I went in May and had to request a fan. Can’t imagine being there during hotter months. How can a facility like this not have ac available per guests request in each room? When questioned, employee mention the ac is only available some times of the year and at that time, only heater was available. That makes no sense since everyone’s needs is different. It should be available based on guests needs....

"The property was a bit out of town 10-15 minutes. However, they do provide a limited shuttle service at no cost. It’s an older property but was very clean. "The staff went above and beyond and was AMAZING! Our flight left before breakfast started and they delivered breakfast to our room the night before. They provided complementary water in our room and at the swimming pool, gave us a tour of the whole place, gave us a complementary bottle of wine and a beautiful welcome snack, and a parting gift. I was treated like royalty here and loved every minute. I will DEFINITELY be staying here if I go back to Mykonos."
