"Everything was perfect during my stay at the hotel, the staff is very attentive and the hotel is well located near a supermarket, restaurants, bars and the Morumbi shopping mall."

"Upon arrival, we were able to check in 7 hours early for a small fee. The staff are 24/7 which helps with any queries you might have. The security system is top notch - only opens through your face. As for the maintenance of the property it was well kept however we did have an issue with our bathroom toilet which was speedily resolved and we were moved to a different room. All in all I am quite pleased with my experience."

"I was not aware that the cleaning fee was charged separately and only learned about it at check-in. I was informed that I would receive the check-in instructions only after making the payment, which was unexpected and did not make for a welcoming arrival experience. "

"The refrigerator is very noisy and and about one meter from the bed. The wifi is just so slow and wifi information was wrong. And the major problem was the blanket, it has humans hair and/or dog hair.. just couldn’t lay down for the first night… so aucurate "

"A acomodação é boa e bem localizada. A única coisa é quanto ao estacionamento que não estava muito claro a sua inclusão ou não. Como normalmente fico nesse hotel e todas as vezes a descrição sempre foi precisa quando inclui ou não vaga, neste caso fui induzida ao erro. Acho que o anúncio deveria ser mais claro. O ESTACIONAMENTO NÃO ESTÁ INCLUSO."
