"Hotel reception very helpful. They had initially allocated us a room which required us to use stairs. My wife explained she had problems with her knee so they kindly reallocated us to a room accessible by a lift. The room was comfortable but there was a strange odour at entrance to the bathroom which we reported to reception. The hotel was very busy. We couldnโ€™t get a table in the Dining Room before 8.45 which was rather late for us. The bar manager helpfully found us a table about 7pm which was ideal. Parking very limited and was full by the time we arrived early afternoon so we had to use multi storey about ten minutes walk away. Would certainly use again."
