"Clean room friendly staff. Only downside was toiletries in shower were watered down and practically empty. Luckily I had brought my own toiletries. There was a connecting door in my room to the one next door. I could hear their TV late into the night so little bit disruptive"

"The hotel location is fantastic within the city and to be able to use the pool, sauna and steam room was a massive selling point for us! I will add, the gym is very small. They have 3 treadmills, x trainer and a bike and one bench with a small selection of dumbbells and two cable style machines. For us who train regularly it wasnโ€™t fit for purpose but there is a fitness first opposite that offer day passes which is super convenient! The hotel itself was nice, there was a little black mould in the shower but aside from that, clean! The staff were polite and helpful but I would say more attention could be used in the pool facilities. Guests were walking in outside footwear to take a look and a lot of people taking photos in the pool where there are signs everywhere not to."

"We were here for a party, the room was very nice and the food was very good. We had a drink and met friends in the bar before hand, there was a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in there and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a lovely breakfast and there was plenty of choice. We didn't use the spa but it looked busy and inviting."
