"Our stay at The Lake Hotel was wonderful! The hotelโ€™s location to things we wanted to see in the Killarney National Park was perfect! The staff went out of their way to give us tips and helpful ideas about things to do in the area. The hotel was nicely equipped, and the hotel grounds were magnificent! We enjoyed our meals for breakfast and at the Lakeside Bistro."

"The staff, rooms, food, pool, and overall experience was great! The only detractor was the room we had was directly above the train tracks. That coupled with nearby construction caused lots of noise. If you are heavy sleepers like we are you will be fine but maybe check with the front desk to see if you can have a room on the other side of the hotel if not."

"A fantastic hotel to stay in. Shuttle Bus- be careful: - I was left waiting for nearly 40 minutes (10:45- 11:20) after ringing the hotel to be collected by the hotel's shuttle bus, and it didn't show up at all despite being promised it would be there by 11. I arrived at the hotel only to find out the shuttle bus left at 11:30 instead. There's supposed to be one going "every 30 minutes"."
