Southwest Houston 4 Stars Hotels

"There was mold on the windows. Breakfast was not included, paid for parking. Did not know any of this was prior to booking. The staff knocked on our door constantly starting at 7am - 11am, we were not planning on checking out till later. Staff was in our rooms when we were gone did not know we had to specify for that as well. We were not really comfortable with our stuff being moved while we were gone. And really noisy neighbors slamming doors at 2am."

"My stay at Blossom Hotel Houston was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The service was exceptional every staff member was warm, attentive, and made me feel truly welcomed. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully put together. The amenities were top-tier, and the overall atmosphere felt luxurious yet relaxing. Everything exceeded my expectations, from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a flawless, upscale experience in Houston."

"I have stayed at this hotel several times as the location is great & staff is excellent but there is always problems with the property itself. This time the only electrical outlet on the nightstand didn’t work & the lamp where it was located had to be changed out. The accessible shower Is not user friendly & the hook to hang the hand held shower head was missing. In a previous stay the commode was the problem. The tech outlets are too far from the nightstand. The staff always responds quickly to problems but the fact there is always something is annoying. "
