"I spent 5 times on the phone with Landing and was told my issue would be followed up with; on day 6/10 I finally got a resolution on my issues on being able to access the pool, hot tub, or gym; which were the biggest factors in booking this location. Instructions were vague and not detailed enough to give me complete knowledge of what to do or where to go upon arrival. Check in process was complex and frustrating. Overall very frustrating experience. 0 star review"

"The space for 3 couples was definitely more than enough. Everybody was able to stay together from living room To dinning table. "

"Nice place, modern decor. Place was mostly clean, and the host was responsive to one minor cleanliness issue, by sending a housekeeper over within an hour. Hot tub worked and was perfect after a day of skiing. Kitchen well-stocked with just about all you could need to prepare meals. My bed was comfortable (downstairs bedroom), others said there's wasn't quite as comfortable. Location is perfect."
