"Staffing, Valet and Hotel Accommodations wonderful. The only downfall elevator was out of order, so there was one available instead of two. Which caused a wait and the alternatives staircase. I am a fan about getting steps in, other than that. Spot on location close to walking and adventuring downtown Savannah."

"The location was terrific. Close to just about everything you want to walk to in historic Savannah. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The negatives- Our balcony doors would not lock or even seal up without tying bathrobe belts to the handles and to a table to keep tight seal on door that would keep out the road noise. The sofa was stained and dirty. The bathroom smelled really bad and had pee stains around base of toilet. The best part was the noise machine! Amazing amenity!"
