"Rooms were super cute, staff was super friendly, pool was super warm! Amazing location just steps from the beach. Free parking right next to the hotel was awesome."

"There was no management staff available in person—everything was handled through apps and text messages, which made the experience feel impersonal and frustrating. The only staff I encountered on-site were janitorial and groundskeeping workers. The pool was small and NOT HEATED, making it too cold to use. As a result, around 20 guests—including children—were crowded into a small jacuzzi (maximum 6 persons), which felt uncomfortable and far from relaxing. Overall, this was very disappointing for a so-called luxury resort. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay with Hilton again."

"I was disappointed with my stay …I paid a 5 star rate for a 2 star experience. The was stuffy, no water or amenities other than at the front desk. Not a terrible hotel … just not worth the $$! charged. "

"We loved this hotel for its location, style, comfort, amenities, and the incredibly friendly staff. We will for sure be back. We loved being able to walk to so many restaurants and shops, and the complimentary bikes (with helmets) provided for a fun excursion. "
