The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my entire stay. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall, we had a wonderful stay at La Concha and would gladly return. The highlight of our experience was the staff. It’s rare to find an entire team that is so genuinely kind and welcoming, from the housekeeping staff to the pool attendants. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Their exceptional hospitality truly made our stay special. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very clean. The only reason I’m mentioning this is because I think the room we stayed in could use a little updating. The balcony door was extremely difficult to open because the lock was very stiff, and the shower handles were also very hard to turn. These are small maintenance issues that could easily improve the guest experience. The beach is beautiful, although it was unfortunate that the ocean was very rough during our stay. Of course, that’s something the hotel has no control over. One thing guests should also be aware of is that the hotel places a fairly large hold on your credit card for incidentals. Other than those minor points, everything else was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the outstanding service from every member of the staff is what earned this hotel a 5-star review from us. Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable!"

"The room was clean but towels were less , the front desk woman manager was abrupt when asked a question about how long a room would be cleaned after rebooking for another nights stay due to rebooked flight from airline … the view I had was a narrow view of the beach and a full view of the second floor roof top …the pool gentleman giving the towels was amazing , the staff at the Cafe Cola was great and friendly , the waiter in beach area missed me 3days even after acknowledging me there for service ! …the outside restaurant bar area had 2 people mocked me cause I asked what was the soup of the day by laughing g at me ! Not cool ! Then said they Root soup was the only soup available!… now it’s been over an hour waiting for my rebooked room to be ready !"
