"The house was very charming and spacious. They were great hosts as that stocked the bathroom essentials. We forgot to bring shampoo but were able to shower due to the bathrooms being stocked. The bed that we slept on was uncomfortable and gave me back problems, but I think that my back is used to my bed."

"Seriously beautiful and unique hotel. You can walk and get lost in the towers. Our room was huge. The windows do not open. Very clean considering how old the place it. The food at the two restaurants we tried was pretty good. "

"I usually love staying here, we come at least 4 times a year but the front desk service was HORRIBLE. We waited forever just to ask a question and there were 3 people just sitting at the front desk talking. There was also a horrible smell in the lobby which was disgusting coming in and out. Like I said, we usually love staying here but the 3 women working the front did not want to help us and when they finally did they were so rude."

"Our stay at Pacific Palms Hotel was overall quite enjoyable. The staff was friendly, check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.The rooms were comfortable and provided a relaxing environment after a long day of activities. Amenities were meh, ice machine did not work on our floor. House keep ladies were nice and worked with a smile.One area where the hotel could improve is in the area of cleanliness.
