"The location, breakfast, and staffs.. they were all pleasant. Just the room, it was old than expected from the hotel building appearance."

"Everyone was very friendly and we loved the medieval village inside the castle walls. It is very charming and we enjoyed walking around at night. However while the room itself was very clean, we noticed in the morning (we may stayed one night) that our bed sheets were heavily stained along the corners. We took pictures and understand they’ve been passed on to management. "
