"The personal at the reception was very horrible!! I have never been treated so badly as this time!! If u wanna have a parking place there u have to say it in advance even though it’s not mentioned anywhere…. The address is given totally wrong to the reality…..because the hotel is located on the pedestrian side and no cars are allowed to go there which is logical, so just ask extra for the address on the opposite side of the hotel ….
