"We had a terrible experience from check-in to check-out. The lady at front desk was rude, she almost didn’t say one word. The room AC was not working. I talked with them, they said they can’t fix and also did not have other room. We sleep two night at 90F. The breakfast suppose to open at 08:00 but it still close at 08:30. " I don't know how they get their star rating but this is not a 4 star hotel. I would give it 3 at the most. On arrival it looks good from the outside but as our stay progressed the cracks began to show. The pool is open from 12 noon and was not properly clean, as the water was cloudy and the pool surround which was painted concrete did not appear to have been painted for a while, certainly not for this summer season. The lift was out of order and did not go all the way down to the lower level...
