"It’s a newly opened hotel in a central location in Olsztyn. The food in a restaurant is great and staff was amazing. The carpark entrance situation is a bit unusual (getting your car to the carpark by lift) but given the location it was probably the best way to build it. Overall the hotel left very good impression. The one restaurant I was refused service but without an explanation as the serving staff didn’t see to speak English well. The buffet was adequate in the other restaurant but wasn’t what I was looking for. I wasn’t in the mood for a mass feeding experience."
