"I would stay here again, we stayed for my sons birthday, messaged hotel befpre hand and were told on arrival all would be fine, we arrived, reception were rude, especially manageress, she wasnt helpful, the hotel is dated, and the family room we booked and paid for had room just for bed, no room to actually walk to the other side of the room. "All the staff was lovely and very welcoming, the only thing what lets it down is the food , wasn’t very nice there wasn’t too many options and I do have coeliac disease it was very hard for me to eat there so me and my husband had to go out instead of eating at the hotel then I new it was going to be safe "
