"The Sarisoy is high up in the suburbs away from the bustle of central Kas but for us a great location. We walked the half hour up and down the steep hill daily; great exercise and beautiful views. "The stay at Calba Suite was great, especially taking into account our late booking of the apartment. The staff is great and polite, and always there to help. We were met by the receptionist and he helped us with the accommodation, and he also was there when we were checking out. The only things that we didn’t like - the sofa bed was too small to sleep on it, and there were only a pillow and a blanket, no bedsheet for the sofa bed. In other aspects the apartment was excellent. "

"For a visit to Cirali, this is a good home base to pick, albeit with a few caveats. It is a charming, quiet place away from the crowding at the market area, and the breakfast in the forest is homemade and very good--you will not go hungry. It is run by a local woman and family who are friendly and helpful. Rooms have basic A/C, though that can be dependent on whether or not the local power is working in the summer. The beach is only about 10 mins walk away. The one drawback is that the parking lot is down a very long narrow road, and is too small--if you have a larger vehicle, you cannot turn around in it, and you have to back out several hundred meters. But we managed it, and the stay was good and delivered everything we wanted out of it."
