"Great stay very friendly and helpful staff walking distance between Porto and pointe perfect in the middle of both plenty of dining options pool and spa staff were very friendly and helpful didn’t miss anything was worried because a lot of reviews were misleading but they were not at all. Loved our stay would definitely recommend "

"The suite was gorgeous. The thermal pools were delightful as was the staff. The dinner was delicious and so was breakfast. We loved walking down to the ocean and swimming off the dock. The views were incredible!"

"The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to the port, bus station, great restaurants and shops. However the pool area needs refurbishing to bring up to the expected standards. Decor of our room was tired, interesting location of the washbasin as it was in the bedroom rather than the bathroom which we found far from ideal. "

"Hotelli sijaitsi rauhallisessa paikassa meren rannalla, lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Hotelli oli erittäin siisti, mutta ehkä hieman vanhanaikainen tyyliltään. Hotellin oma ranta-alue sijaitsi ranta suoran toisessa päässä ja sinne oli noin 600m matka rantaa pitkin hotellilta. Aamupala oli ok, ei mitenkään erityisen hyvä mutta ei huonokaan. Hotellin henkilökunta oli erityisen ystävällistä ja vaikka hotelli itsessään oli vanha oli se erittäin siisti. "

"Staff and grounds are beautiful views of the Gulf of Naples are amazing. You're high in the mountains and make sure you get a cab to go exploring the town of Ischia as it is beautiful. The restaurant at the hotel is great and they have a wonderful spa including thermal pools and you can request massage the massage person is fabulous and the prices are great highly recommend this hotel"

"Weather was cool so we didn’t use the pool as it was not heated. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly but not overly welcoming! We felt like an inconvenience vs warmly welcomed guests. Location is great and close to shops, restaurants and bus stop. "
