"Always fancied the Radisson but staying against parking for a period was never considered due to price. Now that we have sampled the hotel, it will be our “go to” scenario! Really enjoyed the stay (did not try the restaurant other then a really good brekkie) as we always use the not too far away Romper for dinner with loyalty vouchers"

"Left something behind in my room. It’s bound to happen. But staff (ie AI chatbot) have been disappointingly unhelpful, so apparently I’m not getting it back. Awful customer service. "

"I booked this hotel for one of our staff who stays in Manchester every week for work. I have used various Hotels over the previous months and he has recently told me that wherever possible could I book this hotel as it is the best he stays in."
