"I stayed for business, the hotel is in great condition and the place is very clean. The desk gets to be a bit overcrowded at times. My biggest issue was that the air conditioning did not do much (typical Italian Hotel). It was quite warm and my room was too hot. I always carry my own supply. It seemed like an annoying procedure when nearly every hotel from the Brunellesci in Milan to a guesthouse in Thailand provides a kettle."
