"This hotel is a 4 starts hotel but the room are old and not maintained properly. Very old school hotel. Breakfast is very light with industrial food, but their coffe is excellent. The location is great."

"We stayed 4 nights. The staff was lovely , friendly and helpful. Arezzo has a beautiful compavt, interesting old city with MANY beautiful chirches and museums and they are all a short walk from Hotel Portici. You are also a short walk from the train station. It is as advertised meant to be an old fashioned spot and it is but the bathroom has everything modern and works perfectly. We recommend this place to anyone who is NOT looking for a spiffy modern cubic impersonal spot!"

"This property needs to be remodel. The restaurant closes sooner than advertise. During the night a lot of men (10-15) drinking at night having a good time, but it cause for me to feel unsafe."

"- We were offered room in level 0, it was dirty and also aircon was not working, after complaining 3 times we were shifted to different room. - Room that was offered 2nd time was better than the 1st. Aircon was working. - There was a wierd smell from the towels, they all clean washed but not sure why. "

"This hotel was amazing! Our room and bathroom were much larger than expected, the sitting area had a beautiful view out the windows, and the private garden sitting area was beautiful. The room service and turn down service were wonderful and the restaurant was delicious!"

Does have a trickle charger for EV’s in the garage but it is very limited for charging 25% in 12 hours. Address doesn’t seem to align with Hotels.com address It took 2 hours to find and isn’t marked on the buildings upper structure. "Great location. However parking nearby is payable in cash (coins only), and there was no change to be had at the desk. Lovely breakfast. Luggage can be dropped off at the hotel for a short stay before parking elsewhere."
