"Had to wait a while for the shuttle at the airport but once it arrived it went well"

"The pool was not open yet and was advertized. The outside noise from all restaurants and club is very loud inside the room."

"The bed was huge and comfortable which provided a good rest after nearly 30 hours of flights. Ordered a grilled chicken breast from room service which had a weird crunchy texture. Breakfast was quite well varied with eggs, vegetables and avocado. Slight inconvenience of having to take hot water from the bar as there was no kettle in the room. Would expect an international brand hotel to provide basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste. "

"Clean, breakfast is decent, rooms are cozy, and the shuttle bus runs 24hrs ever 30mins. The pool is cold, the steam room doesn’t really steam and the sauna is nice. Would stay again if I’m back in Lima"
