"I had a wonderful stay at Antico Panda. The staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. The building is old, but I already knew that when I booked it online, and it was clean and comfortable. The food was fresh and enjoyable as well. The hotel is close to shops, restaurants, and major tourist attractions, so it can get a little noisy late at night and during the day, but nothing too alarming. Also, be prepared to hear the church bells ringing every hour, which personally did not bother me at all. "

"Great stay as a solo traveller. The room is small but nicely kept. Beautiful windows opened out onto the water side. It did get noisy with the morning traffic of boats; but that was part of the charm. At night it did get loud with nearby restaurants and bars; but I didn't mind - also part of the charm. Excellent location for easy access to Venice mainland; Lido is a quieter and slower pace, 10 minutes walk to the ocean beaches. Great restaurants including seafood and happy hour specials, all along the main street leading to the ocean, so it felt more like a relaxed vacation there. The staff were very responsive, kind, helpful, and the place is not recently renovated but has an overall charm that you can't beat."

"The Hotel feels like part of history, it is so iconic - so many famous people (good & bad) have stayed there. The arrival at the Hotel as you approach on a motor launch is unique. Every member of staff are courteous and friendly - more than happy to help. Food & drinks are pricey but the Breakfast on the terrace in the morning - what a treat looking over the ocean across the beach. Room was great and we had a welcome bottle of wine on arrival. After a busy day shoulder-to-shoulder with the crowds in Venice, it is so lovely to escape from Saint Mark's square on their private shuttle for the 15 minute ride to the Lido and sanctuary. Couldn't recommend the Hotel highly enough. Truly legendary."

"Property was good but people don’t know how to fix issues they keep giving excess I need ac to work first nite they told me it only work if the weather is hot next day it was hot weather they told me out is 22 and I put 18 degree they said it is not difference between 18 and 22 there is 4 degree difference in assuming they don’t know what they saying I gave up and I will never return to this place"

"The bathtub is a plus, the shower needed a longer pipe though if the person wants to take a standing shower. Room is good. There was a frigobar that worked, good air conditioner. Would benefit from better sound isolation, we had to complain about a neighbor room talking loud late at night"
