"We toke the family apartment. Very nice apartment, hotel stuff cleaned the apartment every day. Hotel location is just perfect. 6 steps from the hotel to the main street. Hotel manager was very polite and was available all the time, although the hotel reception is opened only until after noon. "

"Small quite hotel close to the beach. Hotel is situated in a isolated area there are 3 restaurants nearby a beach bar and that's it. Indeed if there is bad weather there are no other option to spend time. For us hotel was just perfect but it depends on what are you looking. The 3 jacuzzi are also very nice"

"Looks good from the outside but pretty average inside. Parking is not nearly enough for the guests of the hotel. The room has a weird setup with the sink in the middle of the room and the bathroom only has a small curtain to separate it from the room. "

"The outside (building) fresh paint does NOT match interior condition. Staff was amazing and accommodating, they are the only reason I gave the two stars! BUT the actual place is in urgent need of updating! Carpet was so gross we did not want to touch barefoot! I asked if we can change rooms, was shown another and it looked the same. The best I can describe it is a 60s-70s wall-to-wall dark blue mess, that has seen so much chemical treatment it felt like plastic! And yet still covered in stains...

"Nice small family hotel. Our room had an amazing view of the sea and was great for relaxing. On the other hand parking was challenging and the Wi-Fi was non existent. If you list that there is internet in each room I expect it to work. There was no signal except in one corner area and it kept cutting in and out. This would have not been an issue if my trip was for vacation. I was trying to work and it was impossible to do so."

"If you're looking for a nice hotel in the midst of both a mountain and sea environment then you're at the right place. A big bonus is that you are able to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the resort and then return to the hotel and get a good night's sleep as it is situated somewhere quiet and peaceful. "We had a fabulous 4 night stay in this hotel, The apartment room was lovely modern and spacious with large balcony and furniture. Everything worked perfect and was very clean. Great spa facility on site and small gym. Large swimming pool was very nice. The all inclusive food was delicious for breakfast lunch and dinner even snacks and drinks. Very delicious Bulgarian and international food with a large variety of fresh salad and meat everything you could want, Very good chefs and waiting...

"This hotel looked amazing on the photos and in tye description but it's not a true reflection of the reality. The location is great, it's minutes away from the beach, but a lot of the beach is private and it will cost you to use their territory. There is a free bit of the beach opposite to the hotel but no sunbeds there and it gets crowded so be ready for that. Pool. There is NO pool at all. This is not true. There is a pool bar across the road but it doesn't belong to the hotel and its so...
