"Ein wunderschönes und gemütliches Hotel mit einer super Aussicht und Lage. Zum See sind es nur wenige Minuten. Durch das Ticinoticket sind alle Örtlichkeiten im Tessin super und kostenlos mit den Öffentlichen erreichbar. Alle im Hotel sind sehr freundlich. Hervorzuheben die sehr kompetenten Damen in der Rezeption. Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder. Vielen herzlichen Dank. TF Art"

"Good location for the Moon & Stars festival. Nicely decorated and very clean. No reception so you get an online check-in form the day before but I didn't so I had to ask for it - that was slightly intense. When checking out, you're supposed to pay city tax at the restaurant at the ground floor. In my case, the staff were so busy and I waited for at least 20 minutes to get it sorted. That was the only down side staying at this hotel. "

"We arrived a bit early and we’re not allowed to receive the Ticino Ticket until check in (barely an hour plus later), which would have saved us money we had to pay for Public Transport. To be fair, we were allowed to leave the bags in the office, so that at least helped. Not a bad walk to the train station; the bus station is across the street. AC system had to be restarted due to recent repair to a neighbor unit, but once it was up it worked like a charm!"
