"This was a very classy an beautiful hotel. My room was super nice. I'm from the United states an i loved my stay here. Its a little pricey but well worth it. "

"Great community on the water. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, and there was security in parking areas. The room and patio was clean. The patio door was a little hard to shut but we got it. The ac worked great and there's hot water! We only stayed one night but I'd love to come back and stay for at least 3. The restaurant near our room served a nice breakfast and the view of Taal Lake was beautiful. "

"At first it was a bit of a struggle…we had no internet connection, food in service took a bery long time and was cold when it got there but how they corrected the situation was very professional and well handled. The breakfast was great and their food was really good. The facilites was very nice once they moved our room, tge view is spectacular. I totally recommend."

The place so wonderful and all the staff from the manager Naeem, Carmella, Lyca, Jules, Arvin, Arrianne, Dhel - are all very kind and accommodating, so attentive to all our needs. Service was just so great!! I will bring my whole family next time we're able to come and will stay longer....and I'm even advertising this gem of a resort to all my Philippine families and friends. "The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars is because the beach stinks. You smell it even when you are at the pool area. Makes you not want to even try going for kayak or snorkel it ruins the ambiance. Overall the place was beautiful and service was great"

"I really loved the atmosphere of the place. I appreciate how everything is eco-friendly(ex. the flooring has recycled bottlecaps?). Everything was good, I want to back here for a whole week(me and my family only stayed for one day). However, only the mosquitoes were the problem. Overall, I give this hotel 4.5 stars!"

"To chill and relax with family this is the place. Sunday breakfast buffet was excellent. Breakfast the other days was superior. Staff was there to help, security patrolled regularly, we felt very safe. "

"Decent hotel. A little deceiving to where the pool is located in the property. It was a walk away in another building which was quite inconvenient. Didn’t have a restaurant in the property or anywhere around, had to drive to the nearest restaurant. The views were amazing though from our room."
