"The room was excellent, very clean, very large. The staff were terrific doing whatever they could to help whatever we needed help with. The restaurant on the other hand was not very good. Most of the food dishes were empty when we got there. Most of the food was cold except when they brought new food. The eggs they cooked for us were good, exactly as we ordered them. "

"The place needs a big cash injection. Redeeming factors are the location and the staff on the ground. The photos are from 2008 so does not reflect its current state. I ate great food whilst there and slept really well, however I experienced outages of electricity and water so I feel the price does not reflect the facilities. "The hotel staff are all confused and unprofessional ! In the web site of the hotel, it says, checkin starts at 8 am (due to early arrivals of boats from the islands), but at 9:30 am we were told that the earliest check in would start at 2 pm! We also had two rooms reserved, but the front desk clerk told us that her paper work shows only one room! She had no computer to check the reservations from Expedia. We were forced to contact Expedia, ask them to send us two separate confirmations to show...
